dc.description.abstractEsta pesquisa é uma aplicação do modelo de estudo realizado por Bordenave e Pereira (2007) e tem como objetivo entender quais são os fatores positivos e negativos que interferem no processo de ensino secretarial por meio da visão dos alunos do curso de Secretariado Executivo da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. O artigo a seguir utilizará os 3 fatores (aluno, assunto e professor) do estudo de Bordenave e Pereira (2007), porém transformará as 12 variáveis utilizadas pelo autor em perguntas para entender através dos alunos como está o ensino no curso de Secretariado. Os dados foram obtidos através de um questionário estruturado, utilizando a escala de likert e foi aplicado a 163 alunos do 1° ao 8° para entender como ocorre o processo de ensino dentro do curso de SE.pt_BR

dc.description.abstractxThis research is an application of the study model carried out by Bordenave and Pereira (2007) and aims to understand what are the positive and negative factors that interfere in the secretarial teaching process through the vision of the students of the Executive Secretariat course at the Federal University from Pernambuco. The following article will use the 3 factors (student, subject and teacher) from the study by Bordenave and Pereira (2007), but will transform the 12 variables used by the author into questions to understand, through the students, how teaching is in the Secretariat course. Data were obtained through a structured questionnaire, using the likert scale, and it was applied to 163 students from 1st to 8th grade to understand how the teaching process occurs within the SE course.pt_BR
