Abstract: Thin ferromagnetic material. This invention patent relates to a ferromagnet consisting of a thin carbon film containing layers (1) of carbon chemically bonded to high-density polyethylene (2), the latter generating the unpaired electric charges that cause the ferromagnetism of this new material. In the present arrangement, the material synthesizing step takes only one hour, by means of an addition reaction of powder graphite (carbon source) (1) on a piece of high-density polyethylene (2) at a temperature of 60°C in a nitrogen or argon atmosphere.
