| Abstract: | The invention relates to the production of heterogeneous catalysts of mixed oxides based on niobium and mixed oxides of zinc, manganese, nickel, cobalt and/or aluminum, from hydrotalcites (HTs), as the precursor phase of heterogeneous catalysts, and to the application thereof in the chemical recycling of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) for the production of metal-free bis(hydroxy)ethylene (BHET) monomers and oligomers with a process performance similar to that of the system in homogeneous catalysis. |
