dc.description.abstractAtualmente, a manutenção de ativos não trata apenas de consertar o que quebrou. Abrange maneiras de detectar, antecipadamente, possível falha que um ativo tenha. In- clui o monitoramento desse ativo. A manutenção de ativos físicos deve ser realizada de forma organizada e planejada para preservá-los, prolongar sua vida útil, controlar seu ciclo de vida, entre outros. A situação é mais crítica durante paradas de manutenção pois o ativo precisará estar, momentaneamente, inoperante. Isso impacta diretamente no tempo e custo alocados para a manutenção, que, na maioria das vezes, são restritos. Por causa disso, o planejamento e a priorização de atividades da manutenção de ativos físicos, durante paradas de manutenção, são importantes para as corporações. Essas atividades apesar de relevantes, são complexas devido às diversas alternativas possíveis, a diferentes pontos de vista dos stakeholders e a fatores externos. Esse fato ainda leva à lacuna de métodos, processos, modelos e frameworks que auxiliem o gestor de ativos a alinhar as políticas da manutenção dos ativos com as estratégias de negócio das organizações, atra- vés do planejamento e da execução da priorização de atividades da manutenção. Estudos na literatura sobre a priorização das atividades de manutenção, possuem lacunas severas que inviabilizam a identificação de quais agrupamentos de atividades de manutenção, de sistemas multiativos homogêneos, aumentam o retorno do investimento em paradas de manutenção com restrições de tempo e orçamento. Assim, vários aspectos da priorização de atividades de manutenção acabam sendo negligenciados. Neste trabalho, tem-se como objetivo ajudar à identificação dos agrupamentos de atividades da manutenção, de sis- temas multiativos homogêneos, que aumentam o retorno do investimento em paradas de manutenção com restrições de tempo e orçamento. Para isso, é apresentado um processo iterativo e incremental que usa tecnologias de Inteligência Artificial (IA) para o plane- jamento e a execução da priorização de grupos de atividades de manutenção, trata-se do Shutdown Maintenance Intelligent Prioritisation Process (SMIPP). Esse processo foi avaliado de duas formas distintas. A primeira por meio de simulação e a segunda por meio de survey com especialistas. Com a simulação, investigou-se a aplicabilidade do processo proposto através da utilização de uma ferramenta de apoio desenvolvida. Com o survey, verificou-se a aderência do processo SMIPP aos dez princípios de um bom gerenciamento de processo de negócio. Os resultados obtidos nos testes de hipótese das simulações foram positivos, pois a hipótese nula dos índices foi rejeitada em muitos casos. Os resultados no survey mostraram que os participantes utilizariam o processo na sua empresa, pois ajuda na integração dos diferentes departamentos da empresa, engaja o gestor de ativos com os outros tomadores de decisão, entre outros aspectos avaliados.pt_BR

The maintenance of physical assets must be carried out in an organized and planned man- ner to preserve them, extend their useful life, control their life cycle, among others. The situation is more critical during maintenance shutdowns as the asset will need to be mo- mentarily inoperative. This directly impacts the time and cost allocated to maintenance, which, in most cases, are restricted. Because of this, planning and prioritizing physical as- set maintenance activities during maintenance shutdowns are important for corporations. These activities, although relevant, are complex due to the different possible alternatives, different points of view of stakeholders and external factors. This fact still leads to a lack of methods, processes, models and frameworks that help the asset manager to align asset maintenance policies with the organizations’ business strategies, through planning and executing the prioritization of activities. of maintenance. With the survey, the adherence of the SMIPP process to the ten principles of good business process management was verified. The results obtained in the simulation hypothesis tests were positive, as the null hypothesis of the indices was rejected in many cases. The results in the survey showed that participants would use the process in their company, as it helps in the integration of the company’s different departments, engages the asset manager with other decision makers, among other aspects evaluated.pt_BR
